Loads of Sunderland fans have been running the rule over Wednesday’s win at Gillingham, and they are absolutely loving new signing Max Power.
The Black Cats moved up to fourth place on Wednesday with a big win over Gillingham, thanks to goals from Chris Maguire, George Honeyman, Josh Maja and of course Power.
The little midfielder signed quite late in the transfer window, but has made an instant impact on Wearside, scoring twice already.
His goal in Wednesday’s 4-1 win was really special, after the Black Cats nicked the ball in the opposition half, allowing space for the 25 year-old to drive home from outside the box.

The little midfielder has bundles of energy, and is already showing the effects of having a goalscorer from midfield.
Fans are delighted with several players’ performances, but Power in particular has all the makings of a fan favourite.
